View The Module Data

Users can now view posted modules and export data using CSV exports in Higg.org. If the module is not posted, you can’t review and export the module data.

1. Viewing Posted Module(s) data online

On FEM/FSLM module page:

  1. To view either your own, or a shared posted module, go to the “Modules” tab in FEM or FSLM.
  2.  Find the module you would like to view, either in “My Modules” (if it is your own module) or in “Shared with me” section (to view a shared posted module)
  3.  Click on the “View Assessment” icon next to the module you’d like to view.

If the shared module is not posted, you can’t view their module data. This will open the module in the online platform so you can review responses throughout the assessment.

On FEM/FSLM dashboard

  1. To view your own, go to your FEM or FSLM dashboard directly. To view the shared modules, go to the FEM/FSLM module page and click “Actions” under the “Share with me” section. Then click “Overview” for a shared account and it will direct you to that shared FEM/FSLM dashboard.
  2. Click “View FEM” or “View FSLM” on the FEM/FSLM dashboard to view the assessment data online.

2. Exporting Posted Modules (Excel File)

Exporting a single module:

4. Understanding the Higg FEM Bulk CSV Export:

The Bulk CSV includes 5 key sections of information in the following order:

  • Account and module information
  • Higg FEM scoring results for total, section, level, and question scores
  • Air emission, wastewater, water and chemical management sections applicability
  • All module response data (answers to module questions)
  • All module verification data (including the verified result and corrected response)
  • Total GHG emission amount and GHG calculations

Please use the reference excel file attached below to understand what the column headers in the bulk export are referring to.

A few things to be aware of when using the bulk export:

  • The sections of the module may be out of order. Please use the reference guide attached below and the column headers to identify which section of data you are looking at within the module.
  • “Null” or blank means the question or section was not applicable/visible to that facility
  • Energy Level 3 is un-scored and will not show up in the scoring section
  • If you are looking for the Site Info Permits section, look for the column headers starting with “sip” (e.g. sipindustrysector, sipfacilitytype, etc.)

Please use the Excel and PDF FEM data reference guide attached below to understand what the column headers in the bulk export are referring to (note there are three tabs):
