To learn what file to be uploaded, please click “Download the sample file to begin” to get the sample file. In this file, you need to list the account IDs (not Higg IDs) of the accounts you would like to request for modules.
  • Once you have found the account you would like to request a module from, click “Request”. This sharing invitation will appear in the “Module Requested” section.

Bulk accepting/declining modules

There are two ways to bulk accept/decline modules

A. You can go to “Module Received” or “Share Requests” tab to select the accounts which you want to accept/decline the sharing request by clicking the checkmark of each facility. Then you will see the “Accept/Decline Shares” option at the button. Click the button and it will accept/decline shares for those selected facilities.

B. You can click “Bulk accept/decline” button to choose accept/decline shares by uploading a standard file. For how to upload a file, please refer to the guidance of “bulk requesting modules” above.

Note: If an account does not have any modules, sharing or requesting modules will not be possible because sharing is based on having an active module in the account.
