ASOS’s Higg Requirements (2022-2023)
As part of ASOS’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, it is a requirement for their supply chain partners to complete Higg FEM 2022.
ASOS has teamed up with Higg to provide support to their facility partners as they complete their assessment(s). Higg will be sending email communications throughout the reporting period to each supplier and/or facility. These Higg communications will provide facility-specific information on which self-assessments to purchase and complete. If you are contacted by Higg to complete a self-assessment, please note that this is a mandatory requirement from ASOS.
Higg are available, as well as your ASOS contacts, to provide any support to facilities to ensure you can complete assessments on time.
Next Steps
ASOS is requesting that all facilities contacted by Higg complete and purchase the Higg Facility Environment Module (FEM) by 31 March 2023.
When completing FEM:
- Suppliers and subcontractors must ensure facilities named (Tier 1-4) in the Higg comms complete the self-assessments
- All facilities must complete the following sections as minimum
- Site Info & Permit (completed in full)
- Energy and Water sections completed to Level 3
- EMS and Waste sections completed to Level 2
For more information on ASOS requirements, please see the Environmental Code of Conduct
ASOS’s Deadlines (2022-2023)

Get Started
STEP 1: (IMPORTANT) Make sure to add info@higg.com to your company email’s safe email sender list, otherwise you risk not receiving the ongoing communications due to email firewalls. If you do not receive an email from Higg by 01 November 2022, please check your spam folder.
STEP 2: LOGIN OR CREATE A HIGG ACCOUNT
Facilities that already have active Higg accounts can log into Higg.org. If you do not have a Higg login and need to create new Higg account, start here to learn how to create a new user login and create a company account on Higg.org.
STEP 3: PURCHASE HIGG FACILITY SUBSCRIPTION
Once logged in, purchase the Higg Facility Environment Module (FEM) from the Higg subscriptions page to access the self-assessment.
STEP 4: (IMPORTANT) SHARE HIGG FEM WITH ASOS
Accept the module share request sent by ASOS.
If you do not see a pending share request from ASOS in your modules page, under Modules Requested, you should click the Share Module button and initiate the module share with ASOS.
Sharing Details
Account Name: ASOS
Higg ID: 41228
STEP 5: COMPLETE AND POST HIGG SELF-ASSESSMENT(S) WITH ASOS
Complete 100% of the applicable questions, including the Energy Section to Level 2, which requires completion of the quantity of energy sourced in the last calendar year.
Once this is done in full, post the module. Facilities that have completed the Higg FEM in previous years can use the roll forward feature to easily copy data to the new self-assessment.
STEP 6: (OPTIONAL) VERIFY HIGG SELF-ASSESSMENT
Some top volume ASOS facilities will be contacted specifically to purchase and complete HiggFEM verification. If you are contacted by Higg to complete this, please note that this is a mandatory requirement from ASOS.
Verification of the self-assessment ensures that facilities have accurately completed all parts of the Higg Facility module – giving the self-assessment data the credibility and accuracy required to share publicly.
Higg User Resources
Higg’s training website, HowtoHigg.org, contains all of the information and guidance facilities need to help them at every stage of the module completion process.
