On February 23rd 2022, the EU Commission launched the long-awaited Directive on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence, which will set requirements for how companies identify, prevent and mitigate the extent of potential and actual adverse human rights and environmental impacts in company’s own operations, their suppliers and their value chains. The webinar will walk you through the draft legislation and give pointers to what this could mean to you as an organisation.
